¿Cómo me descargo y empiezo a utilizar findyt?
Ha llegado el momento de que sepáis cómo descargar la app de findyt y empezar a utilizarla. La aplicación tiene un diseño sencillo e intuitivo para simplificarte cada paso que des. Aún así, con este post te quedará todo mucho más claro. ¿Empezamos?
En primer lugar, una vez descargada esta app diseñada para ver la disponibilidad de mesas en tiempo real y gestionar internamente tu local si eres propietario de un negocio de hostelería, puedes registrarte con Facebook, Google o tu email. Con esta última opción deberéis crear un nombre de usuario y una contraseña.
Después, elegid vuestra ciudad y activad las notificaciones para que no os perdáis nada. A partir de aquí diferenciaremos si eres hostelero o usuario.
Soy hostelero, ¿cómo registro mi local?
Tras los pasos anteriores te preguntaremos si eres propietario de un local. Haz clic en “sí” y comprueba si tu negocio está ya en nuestra base de datos. En caso de que no lo esté, registrarlo será tan fácil como introducir su información.
El siguiente paso será crear tu perfil:
- Añade imágenes de tus platos o bebidas, del local y todas las que creas que servirán a tus potenciales clientes. Recuerda que lo visual atrae, así que ¡ponle ganas a este paso!
- Sube la carta digitalizada para simplificar la toma de decisión de los usuarios
- Establece el número de mesas que hay en tu negocio
- Especifica si tienes terraza y cuántas mesas hay en ella. Si no la tienes no te preocupes, sáltate este paso
Más tarde, desde tu perfil podrás:
- Abrir tu negocio para que los clientes te encuentren (de nada sirve que te registres y no abras tu local, ya que los usuarios no podrán localizarte tan fácilmente por el filtrado)
- Gestionar tu plantilla. Añade a tus camareros, establece qué días trabaja cada uno y contrólalo todo desde findyt
- Incluir tu menú diario. Hay una opción de filtrado por restaurantes que tienen menú diario, así que es una buena herramienta para diferenciarte. Puedes especificar qué días trabajáis con menús y si tenéis diferentes platos dependiendo del día.
- Indicar las mesas que tienes disponibles. Esto es lo más atractivo para los clientes: conocer en tiempo real si hay un hueco libre para ellos en tu negocio. Además, para vosotros será más fácil afrontar la limitación de aforo, reducir colas y, por tanto, cumplir con las medidas de seguridad

Soy usuario, ¿cómo utilizo la app?
En el caso de los usuarios, deberéis hacer clic en “no” cuando preguntemos si sois propietarios de un local. Será entonces cuando aparezca un mapa de la ciudad en la que os encontráis. Repartidos por él veréis iconos con el logo de findyt; cada uno es un negocio. Estos os aparecerán de varios colores. ¡Aprende qué significan!
- Este color significa que el local está en nuestra base de datos, pero que aún no se ha suscrito
- El local está suscrito, pero en ese momento está cerrado
- El negocio está abierto y tiene mesas libres
- El negocio está abierto, pero no tiene mesas disponibles
En la parte superior del mapa podréis buscar los locales por su nombre. ¿Quieres saber si ese bar o restaurante que tanto te gusta pertenece al movimiento #befindyt? ¡Búscalo aquí! También arriba a la derecha tenéis la opción de filtrado: por locales abiertos, con mesas disponibles, con menú diario o con terraza.
